Program Evaluation and Beyond is owned and operated by Dr. Natalie Kishchuk. Natalie holds an MA and PhD in Social Psychology (1984) from the University of Waterloo. After working for several years in the federal Department of Communications and then in Montreal’s public health system as a program evaluator, manager and research coordinator, she became an evaluation consultant in 1996.

With more than 25 years’ experience, Natalie has carried out and managed dozens of large, medium and small evaluation and applied social research projects for a wide variety of clients, often working in collaboration with partner firms and collaborators.

Natalie holds the professional designation of Credentialed Evaluator with the Canadian Evaluation Society and is a founding member of the Society’s Credentialing Board.

Natalie has long been active in the Canadian Evaluation Society. She was awarded its Award for Service to the Society in 2001; was a member and then Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Evaluation Society Educational Fund (CESEF) and is currently a member of the CESEF Scholarship Committee. She also received the Award for Service to the Society from the Société québécoise d’évaluation de programmes in 2003.

She also holds an adjunct appointment in the Université de Montréal’s Department of Social and Preventive Medicine, where she is a member of the PHORCAST research group, and contributes to research publications.
